What are your terms of payment and what forms of payment do you accept?
Answer
Payment in full is due two business days in advance of delivery via Visa or Mastercard. Pelican Party is also a member of TradeFirst and ITEX and will provide items on trade if the items are part of our regular inventory and not subleased through another company. Your items will not be reserved until a payment of 50% is made.

Delivery/Pickup
Delivery and pickup services are available at reasonable rates. Please call for charges to your specific area. Deliveries will generally be scheduled one or two business days before the event. Customers pay only the one-day rental. Offices are closed Saturday and Sunday and on all holidays. At this time, Pelican Party does not provide for customer pick-up of equipment from our warehouse.
