Do your crews set up the equipment?
Answer
Pelican Party sets up and takes down all heavy equipment (tents, dance floors, wedding arches, bars, etc.) Tables and chairs can be set up for an additional fee. To avoid additional charges, break down the tables and neatly stack the chairs prior to pick-up.

Delivery/Pickup
Delivery and pickup services are available at reasonable rates. Please call for charges to your specific area. Deliveries will generally be scheduled one or two business days before the event. Customers pay only the one-day rental. Offices are closed Saturday and Sunday and on all holidays. At this time, Pelican Party does not provide for customer pick-up of equipment from our warehouse.
